General Policies

 

 

  • No gum chewing or food allowed in the dance rooms.

 

  • No hanging on dance barres.

 

  • No running in the dance studio.

 

  • No hanging jewelry permitted.

 

  • Do not wear dance shoes outside.

 

  • Plastic water bottles with water are allowed.

  • No soda, juice, or glass bottles allowed. 

 

  • Be prompt, but not too early; children get over anxious when they sit for more than15 minutes.

 

  • Doors open 10-15 minutes early for the first class of the day.

 

  • Students should be respectful to their teachers and fellow classmates.

 

  • Please label your child’s shoes and accessories!

 

  • Please have children use the bathroom before class.

 

  • Make-up classes can only be made during the month a class is missed. Classes cannot be made up during the month of May.

  • Tuition is due by the 1st of each month.​

  • An email must be sent to skds7050@aol.com giving 30 days notice if your child will be discontinuing class. Until a written withdrawal is received you are responsible for all tuition.

  • No cell phones allowed during class. 

  • If your child has been sick, we ask they be fever/stomach virus free for 48 hours before returning to class.

  • Staff and students must wash hands before and after class.

  • Hand sanitizing stations are in each room for everyone to use.

  • Dance Studio equipment, door knobs, bathrooms, and light switches will be sanitized daily. 

  • A disinfecting fogger machine will be used nightly as part of our cleaning routine.
